We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented individual to take on this important role. An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join us as the Administration Office and Recruitment Manager working in a large Secondary School.
The ideal candidate would have experience of working as a office manager, preferably having experience of working in a school environment, although not essential. Have excellent communication skills, and outstanding IT skills.
The key purpose of the role is to manage and monitor the delivery of an efficient and effective day to day administration service as well as front of house; providing a comprehensive range of high-quality services supporting and enabling the efficient running of the school as well as develop high quality functional relationships across the staff, with families and external agencies.
In addition, they will manage whole-school staff recruitment processes and progress through to induction stage as directed by the HR & Personal Assistant to headteacher, support SLT in coordinating recruitment processes as well as managing.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to support with mentoring and behaviour management in Park Views Aspire provision.
A successful applicant will support with the implementation of an inclusive, trauma-informed behaviour interventions programme. You will support students in fostering positive behaviours around school, having responsibility for mentoring students both within the mainstream and our alternative provision; from those students requiring one-to-one mentoring to those participating in group mentoring sessions.
A key aspect of the role will be supporting pupils within our alternative provision, including those attending our 6-week intensive immersion curriculum alongside those pupils attending a combination of mainstream lessons and sessions within the provision. Further you will support pupils to successfully re-integrate into the mainstream setting.
We are seeking to recruit an exceptional individual who is enthusiastic, has excellent communication skills and will become a key player in supporting the safety and well-being of pupils.
