Park View is an 11-16 comprehensive school situated in Tottenham, north London. We have a reputation for providing an exciting and broad education for our pupils, within a happy and caring environment. We are proud of our successes as a genuinely inclusive school, and we refuse to accept that there is a limit on what our pupils can achieve. We are ambitious for our school and the professional development of our staff is at the forefront of our plans.

We are looking for a talented and committed Teacher of English with the ability to inspire our students, to join our school as 2iC in English. We would like to appoint a candidate who:

· Is an excellent classroom practitioner who can build strong relationships with students and support them to succeed

· Has the skills and subject knowledge to teach across all year groups and to contribute to curriculum and teaching and learning development within our team

· Is committed to ensuring that students make outstanding progress over time in a mixed attainment learning environment

The successful applicant will work within a supportive and innovative English department who have a real passion for their subject and are committed to staff and student wellbeing. As a team, we strive to be outstanding in every aspect of our work, with pupil progress and achievement at the heart of everything we do.
